v3.1.0 Preview Builds 5a & 5b
2 preview builds were released at the same time; they are both the exact same versions in terms of changes. The only difference is that Preview Build 5a uses what Unity sees as "MONITOR 0" to pull the refresh rate from, while Preview Build 5b uses what Unity sees as "MAIN MONITOR" to pull the refresh rate from.
This preview build was released before v3.0.11 and v3.0.12, meaning there are some changes in those versions not present in this one. The 6th preview build adds the changes from these versions.
