Spaghetti

The Spaghetti is a consumable item in Section 3 - Hell's Forest, earned by getting 3rd place or higher after playing UNO during the Section 3 Intermission. Because UNO can only be played on the Normal Route, it is not obtainable on the Obliteration Route.

When used, everyone in the party recovers 15 HP.

Trivia

• The Spaghetti is the only healing item in the game that can heal multiple party members at once.
  • The Bisicle can potentially heal multiple party members as well, if the 2 different pieces are given to 2 different party members. However this takes 2 turns, whereas the Spaghetti only takes 1.
• The Spaghetti's ability to heal multiple party members with one item may have been inspired by the Top Cake and Spin Cake from Deltarune.
• The Spaghetti was obtainable on all routes until version 3.0.2, where UNO was made unplayable on the Obliteration Route.
  • Because of this, the Spaghetti is one of the few "illegal" items that can get absorbed by Spamton when attempting to progress through Waterfall on the Obliteration Route. This is to prevent people who obtained the items unlocked through UNO before version 3.0.2 from keeping said items on the Obliteration Route.
